The mission of the Clinton County Veterans’ Service Office Commission is to provide service to our nation's honorably discharged veterans by assisting them in gaining access to federal and local entitlement programs managed by the DVA (Department of Veteran’s Affairs) and the VSC (Veterans’ Service Commission). At no cost to the veteran, we will assist him/her and/or their dependent parents, spouse, or children in preparing and managing claims for benefits to which they may be legally entitled.
